Im thinking about all of you're name suggestions. But ATM Ill stay with Heron :P (But pretty sure it will change later on)

Other then that, the design look good.
Are you going to use a template system? or how much of the design will you put into the system?
One thing i really hate with a lot of CMS' is that they tend to make it hard with really advanced template system that takes more time to convert your design into then to make a new CMS that doesn't.
Or that they don't use a template system but rather put way to much into the index file (then you got the same problem again)
Oh and, instead of "Place holder text" i would recommend using this: http://www.lipsum.com/
One last question, are you planning to make it module based?
So that you can deactivate modules that you don't use (example the forum)?
Or at least have the ability to "hide" them without too much work?

1) Yes when most of the CMS is done a simple template system is going to be made, buts right now its pretty low on my list
2) My index file is going to be very simple since its using include for every big function. ETC: The login menu is

include("include/login/login.php")

3) Ill use http://www.lipsum.com/ from now on if you want that.
4) Yes and No, it will be so you can disable special things in the admin menu, etc forum. But ill not make a "plug in system" so you can easy add new functions (Or at least not now)

5) Space in url is converted to %20 so its not really a problem

I sarted on the Themplate system today ^^ I didnt feel like converting the old Theme, so I made a new and the old will come later.

Its simple even for nubs to make new themes (Jk, have to use Html + css)
